Whispers of the Ocean

Well this wave is my first almost realistic looking wave. This is my 4th attempt at waves.

I just love, love waves and the colours that come through the water. It's a dream of mine to be able to paint realistic waves. I just looked from a picture and painted this.

I have only watched YouTube videos to learn some techniques and being teaching myself. I love it!

I have two boys under 3yrs and I make the time to paint! Would love to hear anyone's comments/suggestions on how to improve!

I have no painting to show yet as I am just starting with acrylics but, have been working with oils, also only for 18 months.

I love the feeling and passion in this painting. The waves feel powerful and the color is great.
