Bright & Breezy

Feeling very cold lately and looking for the warmth and possibility of spring/summer to convey in paint of course! It took a bit of fiddling and experimenting. The first go was a bit of a "mistake" and am still studying it to find out if there is a "happy accident" hidden within it! But the second attempt I am much happier with, the painting makes me feel brighter when I look upon it, hopefully it inspires an uplifting feeling to others as well! xo

Hi all thankyou for your lovely comments and yes all my work is large scale! This one is 1metre x 1 metre. It looks great on a fresh white wall too which is where it's living at the moment! I plan to add it to my first solo exhibition next Feb. Thanks again folks! Happy Painting!

What a gorgeous mix of colours. What size is the painting ... I hope its on a large scale as it would be really dramatic. Prints of these would make lovely notecards

On a selfish note I hope summer doesn't head your way too quickly as it means that our unusually lovely summer here in the UK will soon be ending ...
