After the Pour

I watched a few videos on acrylic paint pouring and thought that could make for an interesting background for my latest adventure in experimental painting, so I got into my paintiest clothes; took 3 hours setting up outdoors, clearing outdoor furniture, sweeping leaves etc, because it's so messy and doesn't like dust or unplanned textures.

Happy with the paint consistency and the colour choice, I was ready to pour. Well the pour was successful - within in minutes 3 paintings were done. Just to finish off all the mixed paint (I didn't have the heart to waste a drop).

Then another 2 hours cleaning up the mess. It's all part of the fun ! I have used one of the backgrounds to paint some abstract Lillies.
